  • Gravity cannot guarantee product availability.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we shall have the right to cancel the order.
  • Your personal information is confidential. We do not trade email addresses

     Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping in Pakistan for orders above PKR (3000)
  • Price will be charged for delivery of each order.
  • Domestic order will be delivered in 3-5 working days.
  • During the ‘sale’ domestic orders will be delivered with a slight delay.
  • Every order will be confirmed over a telephone call before dispatch.
  • International orders will be delivered in 5-12 working days.
  • No free shipping for international orders.

     Return & Exchange Policy

  • No return only size and color can be exchanged subject to availability
  • The product will only be exchange if the product received has any defect. You can contact our customer service center by emailing us pictures of defected product at customercare@gravitystore.com.pk or calling us at (042-35747289-91) within 15 days.
  • Please ship the items to be exchanged to: Gravity Ecommerce ( 27-G, DHA Phase 1, Lahore. ) Once we receive your package, we will dispatch your new items as soon as possible.
  • To return your product, you should mail your product to Retail concept.
  • Exchange and refund is not offered for international orders.
  • Online ordered products cannot be exchanged at any Gravity store.
  • Wash, used or damaged outfits will not be exchanged.
  • Product purchased on sale can only be exchanged in different size, depending on the availability.
  • In case of lost shipment, customer must inform via email with complete order details. We will set an inquiry regarding your claim. If after inquiry, it is confirmed that your claim is valid, then the product will be replaced.
  • Returning items will be returned at customer’s cost.
  • Gravity does not offer a “refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.
